Paul Rhodes is a supply chain professional with over 36 years experience in the farming and food industries, having worked with a broad portfolio of businesses, building new supply chains and strengthening existing ones, Worked with farming and Agri-Food operations, food processors, manufacturers, wholesalers, caterers and retailers to develop committed long term supply arrangements.
Jack graduated from Newcastle Business School in 2020 with a BA in Business Management with First Class Honours. This was followed by an MSc in Sustainable Food and Agriculture Policy from the Royal Agricultural University of Cirencester in 2021, focusing on knowledge exchange and encouraging the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices for broadacre operations. Joining Sustainable Food Chains in early 2022, Jack has experience in developing and maintaining supply chains between numerous food and farming businesses.
Tom Rhodes - Finished at Leeds University in 2017. Then Joined Wm Morrisons PLC shortly after, I held a key role in the Agricultural team, where I contributed to the company's success in the highly competitive retail sector. I gained comprehensive knowledge in supply chain management, procurement, and quality control, working closely with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers. During my 6-year tenure at Chippindale Foods, a leading player in the egg supply industry, I played a vital role in their operations. I actively managed the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing eggs from local farms to overseeing packaging and distribution. Through my expertise in quality assurance and compliance, I ensured that the products met industry standards and exceeded customer expectations.
